摘  要:研究了微细粒磁-赤铁矿超细碎-干式预选技术。结果表明,当粒度为-5 mm,磁辊磁感应强度0.3 T,线速度为0.48 m/s时,干式预选尾矿产率为27.60%、铁品位12.35%、磁性铁含量为0.60%,干式预选精矿产率为72.40%,铁品位由25.65%提高至30.60%。An ultrafine crushing-dry preconcentration flowsheet was introduced to upgrade fine magnetite-hematite ore. After smashed to - 5 mm,the ore was processed by a dry magnetic separation with the roller surface magnetizing induction intensity at 0.3 T and the roller rotating linear velocity at 0.48 m/s,which yielded 72.40% dry pre-enrichment concentrate,with Fe grade increased from 25.65% to 30.60%,and resulted in the obtained tailings graded 12.35% Fe, with magnetic iron therein at the content of 0.60%.
