摘 要:渤海油田开发已经进入中后期,钻进时存在机械钻速低、地层漏失严重及多次发生溢流等问题,为了利用探井取得更好的测试效果并探索探井转开发井的开采模式,通过建立径向射流技术系统压耗以及自进力预测模型,建立了一套排量和泵压预测方法,利用该设计方法并结合海上作业特点,对该技术在渤海中深储层探井上的适用性进行了分析。分析结果表明:BZ19-X1井采用径向射流技术施工时优选排量为56.2~57.1 L/min,施工泵压为35.8~41.5 MPa,海上平台可以满足施工参数要求;常规径向射流作业施工条件下,井深不影响施工排量,而对泵压有轻微的影响,井深从1 000 m增加到7 000 m时,作业泵压只增加不到4%。径向射流技术在渤海中深层探井上具有较好的应用前景,有望成为渤海未来中深层开采的重要技术储备。The development of Bohai Oilfield has entered the middle and late stages with the problems such as low ROP,serious well loss and frequent overflows during drilling.To use the exploration well to obtain better tes ting results and explore the development mode by transferring exploration wells to develop wells,the prediction models of radial jet system pressure drop and self-propelled force are established.A set of displacement and pump pressure prediction methods are established.Combined with the characteristics of offshore operations,the applica bility of the technology in the exploration wells targeting middle and deep reservoirs of Bohai Oilfield is analyzed.The analysis results show that,if the radial jet technology is used,the Well BZ19-X1 has anoptimal displacement of 56.2~57.1 L/min and the pump pressure of 35.8 41.5 MPa.The offshore platform can meet the operation pa rameters requirements.Under the conventional radial jet operation conditions,the well depth does not affect the oper ation displacement,but has a slight impact on the pump pressure.When the well depth is increased from 1 000 m to 7 000 m,the operating pump pressure is only increased by less than 4%.The radial jet technology shows a great ap plication prospect in the exploration wells targeting middle and deep reservoirs of Bohai Oilfield,and is expected to become the technical reserve for the development of the middle and deep reservoirs of Bohai Oilfield in the future.
