摘　　要：随着信息情报机构业务的多元化发展和企业专利产权需求的日益增长,知识产权分析评议成为信息情报机构为企业服务的一项新兴业务。概述了知识产权分析评议的定义和国内外发展现状,比较了情报学研究方法中专利地图、科技查新和科技智库与知识产权分析评议的关系,分析了知识产权分析评议在专利偏好和专利技术产业化分析、企业竞争优劣势分析和课题立项中的应用,为信息情报机构开展知识产权分析评议服务助力企业知识产权保护和经济效益提升提供理论支撑。With the diversification of the business of information and intelligence agencies and the increasing demand for patent rights of enterprises,intellectual property analysis and appraisal has become an emerging business for information and intelligence agencies to serve enterprises. This paper outlines the definition of intellectual property analysis and appraisal and the development status at home and abroad,compares the relationship between patent maps,sci-tech novelty retrieval and technology think tanks and intellectual property analysis and appraisal in the research methods of intelligence science,analyzes the application of intellectual property analysis and appraisal in patent propensity and patent technology industrialization analysis,enterprise competitive advantage and disadvantage analysis and project approval. It provides theoretical support for information and intelligence agencies to carry out intellectual property analysis and appraisal services to help enterprises protect intellectual property rights and enhance economic efficiency.
