摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的进展,心房颤动的发病率一直居高不下。近年相关研究表明,纤维蛋白原与心房颤动的发生密切相关,纤维蛋白原可影响自主神经以及心房颤动其他危险因素,从而诱导心房颤动的发生。此外,纤维蛋白原与心房颤动发病预测、并发症评估以及术后康复密切相关,且加剧心房颤动不良事件发生的风险,现从纤维蛋白原与心房颤动发生的关系以及纤维蛋白原与心房颤动的临床研究展开综述。With the progress of aging society,the incidence of atrial fibrillation remains high.Recent studies have shown that fibrinogen is closely related to the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.Fibrinogen can affect autonomic nerve and other risk factors of atrial fibrillation,thus inducing the occurrence of atrial fibrillation.In addition,fibrinogen is closely related to the prediction of atrial fibrillation onset,complication assessment and postoperative rehabilitation,and exacerbates the risk of adverse events in atrial fibrillation.This paper will review the relationship between fibrinogen and atrial fibrillation and the clinical study of fibrinogen and atrial fibrillation.
