摘  要:对高强船板A32生产数据进行统计分析,研究其性能富余量及性能与化学成分的关系。通过严格控制[C]、[Mn]含量,适当降低[Nb]含量,并优化优化控轧、控冷工艺参数,适当降低终轧温度和返红温度,保证了船板良好的力学性能,降低了船板生产成本。To study the relationship of performance and the amount of surplus properties with chemical composition, the production data of A32 high strength ship plate was statistical analysised. The result showed that it can ensure good mechanical properties of the ship plate, also it can reduce the production cost which the content of Mn, C was strict controlled and Nb was decreased, and the optimization of controlled rolling is made by controlled cooling parameters, reducing finishing temperature and red temperature.
