摘 要:[目的]了解广西家庭医生团队医务人员的工作现状和满意度情况,为深入推进广西家庭医生签约服务制度提供参考。[方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取广西3个地市共26所基层医疗卫生机构,共抽样家庭医生团队医务人员627名,发放问卷进行调查,回收有效问卷595份。问卷整理后使用Epidata 3. 1录入数据,SPSS 20. 0软件进行统计学分析。[结果]开展签约服务后,医务人员认为工作内容增加,工作方式发生改变,工作压力增大,工作时间增加。满意度方面,城市家庭医生总体满意度评分为(3. 38±0. 72)分,乡村家庭医生总体满意度评分为(3. 85±0. 87)分,乡村地区家庭医生总体满意度高于城市家庭医生;城乡家庭医生满意度最低的3个方面为收入报酬、福利保障、职称晋升。[结论]家庭医生团队素质有待提升,需要加强家庭医生团队建设,进一步提升基层医疗服务能力;医务人员工作现状需要进一步改善,需要进一步完善支撑保障措施;建立家庭医生团队考核激励机制,调动医务人员工作积极性。Objective To understand working status and satisfaction of the staffs in family doctor team in Guangxi. Methods 26 primary healthcare institutions from 3 cities in Guangxi were selected by stratified random sampling method.It sampled a total of 627 staffs from family doctor team,questionnaires were distributed for investigation. Results After carried out contract service,the staffs thought that work content increased,work style changed,work pressure increased and work hours increased as well.In satisfaction,overall of satisfaction score of family doctor was(3.38±0.72)in urban area,in rural area was(3.85±0.87).Overall of satisfaction in rural area was higher than that in urban area.Three aspects of family doctor's satisfaction were income reward,welfare guarantee and professional title promotion in urban and rural area. Conclusions The quality of family doctor team needs to be improved,and the construction of family doctor team needs to be strengthened.Medical staffs working situation need to be further improved.It's suggested to improve the collaborative service mechanism and support guarantee measures.Establish family doctor team assessment and incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of medical staffs.
