银川市城区老年人医养结合支付意愿的影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过对银川市老年人医养结合支付意愿情况进行调查,探讨银川市老年人对医养结合的支付意愿及其影响因素,为银川市因地制宜发展医养结合产业提供参考依据。[方法]通过问卷调查的方式对银川市城区老年人医养结合支付意愿进行调查,采用二分类Logistics回归分析,筛选影响因素。[结果] 61. 50%的老人表示自己从未听说过医养结合模式;在了解医养结合养老模式后,有56. 74%的老年人表示愿意为医养结合服务支付一定费用;个人特征和家庭特征是影响老年人医养结合支付意愿的主要因素。[结论]由于推行时间较短,宣传力度不足等原因,银川市城区老年人对医养结合养老模式认知程度并不理想;文化程度、退休前职业、个人月收入、是否患有慢性疾病等因素是影响银川市老年人医养结合支付意愿的主要因素;建议加强医养结合政策宣传力度,提高老年人医养结合养老认知程度;根据老年人不同需求,建立多元化医养结合服务市场;发挥政府主导作用,落实各项优惠政策。Objective According to research the status of willingness to pay of integrated treatment and convalesce among the elderly in Yinchuan urban area,discuss willingness to pay and influence factors of integrated treatment and convalesce among the elderly in Yinchuan urban area,so as to provide reference basis for developing integrated treatment and convalesce industry in Yinchuan. Methods The questionnaires survey was conducted to investigate willingness to pay of integrated treatment and convalesce among the elderly in Yinchuan urban,Bi-classification logistic regression analysis was used to screen influencing factors. Results 61.50% of the elderly said they had never heard of integrated treatment and convalesce model,56.74% of them expressed willingness to pay a certain fee for integrated treatment and convalesce service.Personal and family characteristics were main factors of influencing willingness to pay of integrated treatment and convalesce. Conclusions Because of short push time,insufficient publicity,the awareness degree of integrated treatment and convalesce is not desirability.The factors of education,occupation before retire,personage monthly income and whether has got chronic disease were main factors of influencing willingness to pay of integrated treatment and convalesce.It suggests that to strengthen the propaganda of the policy of integrated treatment and convalesce,improve the cognitive level of integrated treatment and convalesce in the elderly.Establish service market of integrated treatment and convalesce according to different needs of the elderly.Give play to leading role of government and implement various preferential policies.
