白马铁矿及及坪采场露天开采境界优化

摘　　要：近年来,白马铁矿及及坪采场在生产过程中受矿石价格低、原设计经济合理剥采比确定过大及上盘局部境界圈定不合理等因素影响,导致生产成本高、矿山企业效益较差。在分析钒钛磁铁精矿市场价格走势的基础上,重新确定的经济合理剥采比为4.34 t/t。依据露天境界圈定原则并结合矿山实际情况,对及及坪采场露天开采境界进行了优化,优化后境界内减少矿石量2 001.93万t,减少剥离岩石量14 243.31万t,优化部位岩矿剥采比为7.11 t/t。及及坪采场露天开采境界优化后,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益,为矿山实现降本增效发挥了积极作用。In recent years,Jijiping Stope of Baima Iron Mine has been affected by various factors,such as low ore price,excessive economic and reasonable stripping ratio in the original design and unreasonable delineation of upper plate local boundary,which lead to high production cost and poor benefit of mining enterprises.Based on the analysis of the market price trend of vanadium-titanium magnet concentrate,the economic and reasonable stripping ratio is re-determined to be 4.34 t/t.According to the principle of open-pit boundary delineation and the actual situation of the mine,the open-pit mining boundary of Jijiping Stope is optimized.After optimization,the ore volume is reduced by 20.019 3 million tons,the stripping rock volume is reduced by 1.424 331 billion tons,and the stripping ratio of rock and ore in the optimized position is 7.11 t/t.Ideal social benefits and economic benfits of Baima Iron Mine are obtained by the optimization of open-pit mining boundary of Jijiping Stope,which is help for the goal of reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of the mine.
