摘  要:针对水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆存在含气量高、气孔多且大的问题,研究了消泡剂掺量对水性环氧树脂改性砂浆力学强度的影响并分析了水性环氧树脂改性砂浆孔结构与力学性能的关系。结果表明:磷酸三丁酯与有机硅消泡剂均能改善水性环氧树脂改性水泥砂浆的力学强度,且两种消泡剂具有协同增强作用;分析孔结构数据可知掺入消泡剂不仅能降低水性环氧树脂改性砂浆的孔隙率与孔径,还能优化孔径分布,减少有害孔、多害孔的数量。To solve the problem of high gas content and large pores in the waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar, the effect of defoamer addition on mechanical strength of waterborne epoxy resin modified mortar was studied and the relationship between the pore structure and mechanical properties of the waterborne epoxy resin modified mortar was analyzed.The results show that both tributyl phosphate and silicone defoamer can improve the mechanical properties of waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar. And two kinds of defoamer have synergistic effect. By analyzing the data of pore structure, the addition of defoamer can not only reduce the porosity and pore diameter of waterborne epoxy resin modified cement mortar, but also optimize the pore size distribution, reduce the number of harmful pores and more hazardous pores.
