摘 要:研究了磷渣在不同掺量下对普通硅酸盐水泥凝结时间及强度的影响,并分别向水泥中掺入易溶性和难溶性的磷酸盐和氟盐,测其凝结时间。研究结果表明:随着磷渣粉掺量的增加,磷渣水泥凝结时间逐渐增长,抗折强度和抗压强度逐渐降低,但后期强度发展迅速,基本能与空白组持平甚至超过空白组;无论是易溶性和难溶性的磷酸盐还是氟盐,在较低的掺量下均能对水泥产生缓凝作用,随着P_2O_5和F^-当量增加,易溶性的NaH_2PO_4和难溶性CaF_2、Ca(H_2PO_4)_2会显著延长水泥的凝结时间,而NaF则不会产生缓凝,甚至会出现速凝,说明磷渣造成缓凝的原因主要与磷渣里面磷和氟的形态及数量有关。The effects of phosphorus slag (PS) content on setting time and strength of ordinary portland cement are studied, soluble and insoluble phosphate and fluoride were added to cement to research the effect on setting time of cement. The results show that with the increasing of PS content, the setting time of PS cement increases gradually, the flexural strength and compressive strength are decreasing gradually, but the later stage strength develops rapidly and can be match or even exceed the blank group;soluble and insoluble phosphate and fluoride all can delay the setting of cement with low content. With the increasing of the equivalent content of P 2O 5 and F^-, the setting time of cement is significantly prolonged by soluble NaH 2PO 4 and insoluble CaF 2, Ca(H 2PO 4) 2, while the setting time of soluble NaF is not retarded, even can rapid setting, so the main reason for the retarding of PS is related to the form and amount of phosphorus and fluorine in PS.
