摘 要:以煤矸石为主要原料,采用发泡法制备煤矸石基多孔材料,并将其作为吸附剂用于对废水中Pb^(2+)的吸附,研究了多孔材料的煅烧温度,多孔材料的添加量、吸附时间、Pb^(2+)初始浓度等条件对Pb^(2+)吸附效果的影响,研究结果表明:在反应温度为25℃,多孔材料投加量0. 8 g,Pb^(2+)初始浓度为100 mg/L,吸附时间为10 min时,煤矸石基多孔材料对Pb^(2+)的最佳吸附率为99. 92%,吸附量为12. 48 mg/L。Using coal gangue as the main raw material, the coal gangue-based porous material was prepared by foaming method and used as an adsorbent to adsorb Pb^2+ in wastewater. The effects of calcination temperature, amount of porous material, adsorption time, initial concentration of Pb^2+ and other conditions on the adsorption effect of Pb^2+ were studied. The results show that the optimal adsorption rate of Pb^2+ is 99.92% and the adsorption amount is 12.48 mg/L when the reaction temperature is 25 ℃, the dosage of porous material is 0.8 g, the initial concentration of Pb^2+ is 100 mg/L, and the adsorption time was 10 min.
