摘  要:以固废再利用为出发点,为研究废玻璃取代部分硅质原料用于生产水泥的可行性问题,将0~2. 03wt%废玻璃掺加到生料中,烧制熟料,制备水泥,分析水泥的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间、强度等性能,同时通过荧光分析法、滴定法等测定碱、f-CaO等成分含量。结果显示,随着生料中废玻璃掺量的增加,熟料中的碱、f-CaO含量增加,水泥的标准稠度用水量增加,凝结时间缩短,早期强度提高,后期强度降低;合理控制废玻璃的掺量,所制备的水泥指标可以满足国标相关规定,同时带来可观的经济效益和显著的社会效益。In order to recycle as much as possible, the feasibility analysis on application of waste glass as a siliceous raw material to prepare cement was introduced. The raw meal with 0-2.03wt% waste glass was burnt to prepare clinker, and then the cement was prepared by the clinker. The standard consistency water, setting time, compressive strength and flexural strength were tested;and the alkali and f-CaO were measured by the X-ray fluorescence analysis and titration. With increasing the amount of waste glass in raw meal, the contents of alkali and f-CaO in clinker increased, and the standard consistency water increased, the setting time shortened, the early strength reduced, the long-term strength improved for the cement. In general, if the amount of waste glass was controlled appropriately, the indicators of the cement were accorded with the national standard. Furthermore, great economic benefits and remarkable social benefits were brought by using waste glass to prepare cement.
