摘 要:为解决既有混凝土结构中钢筋锈蚀问题,研发了一种新型钢筋阻锈剂低压灌注法,并与传统涂抹法相比较,研究其渗透性能及阻锈效果。结果表明:低压灌注法比涂抹法具有更为良好的渗透性能,钢筋表面能快速达到临界阻锈摩尔浓度,且有效避免了采用涂抹法时暴露于空气中的亚硝酸盐对人、环境的影响,但灌注间距、灌注量、灌注压力等因素会影响阻锈剂阻锈效果。In order to solve the problem of reinforcement corrosion in the existing concrete structure, a new low-pressure perfusion method for corrosion inhibitor of reinforcement has been developed. The permeability and rust resistance performance have been studied compared with the traditional coating method. The results show that the low-pressure perfusion method has better penetration performance than the smear method, it can quickly achieve the critical molar ratio on the surface of steel, and avoid the harm of nitrite in the air to the human health and the environment protection. However, some perfusion factors will affect the rust resistance effect, such us the spacing of perfusion point, perfusion pressure, perfusion volume.
