摘　　要：不动精子症是生殖中心男性不育患者比较棘手的一种疾病,但是目前相关研究较少。对于不动精子症病因、发病机制仍缺乏深入的研究,治疗措施等方面仍缺少统一的认识,需要引起男科医师的重视。本文将对不动精子症的定义、病因、实验室检查和治疗,以及近年来相关的研究结果进行总结,为日后相关研究提供一定的依据与参考。Immotile spermatozoon is a difficult disease to treat in male infertility,and the related research is limited presently.The etiology and mechanism of immotile spermatozoon are lack of intensive research,and there is still a lack of unified understanding of treatment measures.It needs to be taken seriously by the male physician.This review presents an overview of immotile spermatozoon about the definition,etiology,laboratory examination and treatment,and summarizes the related research results in recent years,in order to provide some reference for further understanding and management of the disease.
