摘 要:调压器作为城镇燃气系统中的核心部件,对于天然气的运输与运用起着至关重要的作用。针对目前调压器在高压差、大流量情况下不能很好使用的现状,设计出一款轴流式迷宫活塞燃气调压器。通过多级降压的形式实现在高压差、大流量情况下自力式调节降压工作。首先运用三维建模软件Pro/E对所设计的调压器进行三维模型的建立;其次对模型进行简化处理后导入有限元分析软件ANSYS CFX里进行流场仿真分析,验证调压器符合设计要求;最后基于数值模拟的结果分析调压器在结构上存在的不足,并对其进行了结构改进,结果表明改进后的调压器有较好的应用意义。As the core component of urban gas system,pressure regulator plays an important role in the transportation and utilization of natural gas.At present,considering the present situation that the regulator can not be well used under the conditions of high pressure difference and large flow rate,an axial flow labyrinth piston gas regulator was designed. It can achieve self-operated decompression in the form of multistage decompression under high pressure difference and large flow rate. First,the threedimensional modeling software Pro/E is used to build the three-dimensional model of the regulator;Second,simulation analysis of flow field is conducted using the finite element analysis software ANSYS CFX after simplified processing of the model to verify compliance of the regulator with the design requirements;Finally,according to the numerical simulation results,the deficiencies existing in the structure of the regulator is analyzed and its structure is improved. The results show that the improved regulator has good application significance.
