摘　　要：目的:分析成都市各级医疗机构空间分布的均衡性。方法:采用现有数据收集法及空间自相关分析法。结果:成都市基层医疗机构具有较强的全域自相关性,二、三级医院则自相关性不明显;局域医疗机构空间分布呈现多样性,"高-高"聚集区域均位于一圈层,"高-低"聚集区域的基层医疗机构辐射作用待开发,"低-高"聚集区域内二、三级医院服务能力亟待提升,"低-低"聚集区域内外机构的发展是重点。结论:成都市医疗机构配置空间分布不均衡,不同经济圈层差异明显,应合理规划、加大投入,提升医疗机构配置的公平性,促进区域间均衡发展。Objective:To analyze the equilibrium of the tiered medical institutions distribution in Chengdu.Methods:Existing data collection and Spatial autocorrelation analysis are conducted.Results:The basic medical institutions in Chengdu are highly autocorrelated and the 2,3-grade hospitals are not obvious.Area distribution of tiered medical institutions appears diversity,the first layer is“high-high”clustered and the radiating role of the basic medical institutions in the“high-low”cluster area awaits being exploistated.The services capabilities of the 2,3 grade hospitals in the“low-high”cluster area should be improved urgently and the development of the medical institutions in“low-low”cluster area is the key point.Conclusion:The distribution of the tiered medical institutions in Chengdu is disequilibrium,and different economic-layer appears significantly different.It needs to be properly planned and increase investment to improve the fairness of medical institutions deploy,and achieve balanced development in different area.
