摘  要:目的:了解当前医学生职业信念现状,为更好地坚定其职业信念提供参考依据。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取温州市某医学院校临床医学、影像医学、护理学等医学类专业大一至大五学生562名,以问卷形式(纸质问卷+网络问卷)进行调查。采用SPSS 22.0进行数据分析。结果:54.80%的受访医学生承认发生了职业信念动摇,88.96%在职业信念动摇后会通过自我说服的方式坚持专业学习。从引导方式、专业认知、职业认知3个方面进行分析,86.69%的受访者缺乏职业信念的科学引导;67.43%对医学兴趣良好,但81.32%承认医学学习压力大;52.31%认为医生使命神圣受尊敬,但52.31%认为工作辛苦待遇一般,仅49.29%会继续选择学医。结论:当前医学生职业信念现状不容乐观,职业信念培育不可懈怠。应实行家校合作,共同培育学生信念;创新教学方式,激发学生兴趣;加强宣传教育,减轻学生思想负担。Objective:To understand the current situation of professional belief of contemporary medical students and provide reference to carry out medical students’professional belief educaion.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,562 students from first-grade to fifth-grade in a medical university in Wenzhou were selected.They were investigated by questionnaire(paper+online).SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze data.Results:54.80% of the interviewers happened professional belief shaking,88.96% shaking interviewers will continue to learn medicine,and 86.69% of them will strengthen their conviction by themselves.From the three aspects of guidance mode,major cognition and professional cognition,86.69% of the respondents lacked scientific guidance of professional belief.67.43% of the respondents had good interest in medicine,but 81.32% of the respondents admitted that medical learning pressure was high.52.31% of the respondents thought that the mission of doctors was sacred and respected,but 52.31% of the respondents thought that work was hard.Only 49.29% of the respondents will continue to choose to study medicine.Conclusion:At present,the status of medical students’professional belief is not very optimistic.The cultivation of professional belief can not be neglected.It will effectively promote the training of future outstanding doctors through the implementation of family-school cooperation to educate students'belief,innovative teaching methods to stimulate students'interest,publicity and education to reduce students'ideological burden.
