摘　　要：目的了解重庆地区妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的患病情况,探讨其影响因素,为重庆地区GDM防治提供科学依据。方法收集2016年1-12月在该院产检的重庆地区孕妇12 003例,筛查明确GDM诊断,调查、收集患者临床资料,采用logistic回归分析GDM患病的影响因素。结果 GDM检出2 153例(17.9%)。年龄、糖尿病家族史、孕前体重指数(BMI)、孕期体重超重、喜欢甜食、喜欢肉食是GDM患病的高危因素,其中喜欢甜食、喜欢肉食、孕期体重超重、孕前BMI均为GDM患病的独立危险因素,而孕期高强度有氧运动则为GDM的保护性因素。结论重庆地区GDM患病率较高,应早期进行孕期饮食习惯、营养管理、体重控制、运动模式等方面的干预、宣教,这对有效降低孕妇围生期GDM发生率具有重要的临床指导价值。Objective To understand the prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in Chongqing,and to explore its influencing factors,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of GDM in Chongqing. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,12 003 pregnant women in Chongqing were enrolled in the hospital.The diagnosis of GDM was screened,the clinical data of the patients were collected,and the influencing factors of GDM were analyzed by logistic regression. Results 2 153 cases (17.9%) were detected in GDM.Age,family history of diabetes,pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI),overweight during pregnancy,like sweets,and meet were risk factors for GDM.Like sweets,like meat,overweight during pregnancy,pre-pregnancy BMI were independent risk factors for GDM,and high-intensity aerobic exercise during pregnancy was a protective factor for GDM. Conclusion The prevalence of GDM in Chongqing is high.Early intervention and education in diet,nutrition management,weight control and exercise patterns should be carried out.This has important clinical guiding value for effectively reducing the incidence of perinatal GDM in pregnant women.
