摘 要:为改进桃花粉保存条件,以塔里木大学园艺试验站桃资源圃中的9个桃品种为材料,采用悬滴液发芽法,研究蔗糖、硼砂配比组合处理和室温、冷藏、冷冻贮藏下的桃花粉萌芽率。结果表明:不同桃品种花粉萌芽率有所差异,蔗糖浓度50~150 g·L^(-1)悬滴液有利花粉萌发,花粉萌芽率为62.88%,100 g·L^(-1)蔗糖浓度处理花粉萌芽率最高,中蟠10号的花粉萌芽率最高,中蟠11次之;室温、冷藏、冷冻条件贮藏桃花粉,随着贮藏时间延长花粉萌芽率呈下降趋势,冷冻贮藏花粉萌芽率下降较慢,室温条件保存萌芽率下降迅速,品种之间差异较大。In order to improve the preservation conditions of peach pollen,nine peach varieties were used as test materials,which were obtained from the Peach Resources Institute of Horticulture Experimental Station of Tarim University.The suspension germination method was adopted,and the germination rate of peach pollen was studied under the combination of different ratios of sucrose and boric acid and room temperature,refrigerated and frozen storage.The results showed that there were differences in pollen germination rates among different peach varieties.The suspension of sucrose with a concentration of 50-150 g ·L ^-1 was beneficial to pollen germination.The pollen germination rate was 62.88%,and the germination rate of 100 g ·L^-1 sucrose suspension was the highest.The pollen germination rate of Zhongpan 10 was the highest,and that of Zhongpan 11 was the second.Peach pollen was stored at room temperature,cold storage and freezing conditions,with the prolongation of storage time,the germination rate of peach pollen showed a downward trend.The germination rate of frozen storage pollen decreased slowly.The germination rate of stored pollen at room temperature declined rapidly,and there was a great difference among peach varieties in pollen germination rate.
