摘 要:对传统桩+承台梁基础形式进行改进,在剪力墙下设筏板,形成墙下布桩的构造筏板基础,能充分发挥结构的优势,改善基础受力性能,减小沉降差异,同时节约施工成本.采用有限元软件ABAQUS对某高层住宅的墙下布桩构造筏板基础进行计算分析.结果表明,筏板厚度是影响基础受力的主要因素,筏板的构造厚度不应小于400mm,基床反力系数和桩的刚度对筏板受力影响较小.By setting the raft plate under the shear wall to form the constructional raft foundation of the under-wall pile, the basic form of the traditional pile combined with the cap beam can be improved, and the structural advantages can be fully utilized to improve the basic force performance, reduce the settlement and save construction costs. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to calculate and analyze the foundation of the pile under the wall of a high-rise residential building. The results show that the thickness of the raft is the main factor affecting the foundation. The structural thickness of the raft should not be less than 400 mm. The reaction coefficient of the foundation bed and the stiffness of the pile have little influence on the force.
