基于生活适应性的装配式农宅户型标准化设计研究——以青岛市凤凰村农宅设计为例

摘　　要：当前,装配式农宅作为解决农村房屋建设现存问题的重要手段,已经成为农宅建设的新趋势,而要保证装配式农宅的技术可行性和经济合理性,迫切需要采用标准化的设计方法.对装配式农宅标准化设计的重要性以及体系的建立作简要阐述,基于青岛市凤凰村人居生活适应性分析进行功能模块标准化的确立,从农户经营模式和居住模式入手进行户型的标准化设计,提出农户全生命周期户型可变性应对策略,探讨当下农村房屋建设中装配式农宅标准化设计的应用.At present, as an important means to solve the existing problems in rural housing construction, fabricated farmhouses are a new trend of rural housing construction. In order to ensure the technical feasibility and economic rationality of fabricated farmhouses, it is urgent to adopt standardized design methods. The importance of the standardized design of the fabricated farmhouses and the establishment of the system are briefly described. Based on the analysis of the life adaptability of Fenghuang Village of Qingdao, the standardization of function module is established. The standardized house-type design is carried out with the concepts of "management mode" and "living mode" of farmers. Finally, the coping strategies of the variability of households in the whole life cycle are put forward and the application of standardized design of fabricated farmhouses in rural housing construction at present is discussed.
