摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)应用高强度超声聚焦(HIFU)与宫腔镜联合治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年7月～2018年7月本院收治的CSP患者60例进行分组研究,根据随机数表法分观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组单用HIFU治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合宫腔镜治疗。记录两组血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)降到正常时间、HIFU时间、住院时间、月经恢复正常时间及治疗成功率,并比较分析。结果观察组患者血β-HCG降到正常时间、住院时间、月经恢复正常时间均明显低于对照组(均P <0.05),而治疗成功率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),但两组HIFU治疗时间比较无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论 CSP患者应用HIFU联合宫腔镜方案治疗,相比单一HIFU治疗可提高治疗成功率,缩短血β-HCG降到正常时间、住院时间、月经恢复正常时间,值得在临床应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined with hysteroscopy in cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP). Methods Sixty CSP patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with HIFU alone, while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopy on the basis of the control group. The duration of blood beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (Beta-HCG) dropped to normal level, HIFU time, hospitalization time, menstrual recovery time and success rate were compared between the two groups. Results The time of blood Beta-HCG falling to normal, hospitalization time and menstrual recovery time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05), while the treatment success rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in HIFU treatment time between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with HIFU alone, HIFU combined with hysteroscopy can improve the success rate of CSP patients, shorten the duration of blood beta-human chorionic gonadotropin dropped to normal level, hospitalization time and menstrual recovery time, and is worthy of clinical application.
