摘 要:目的探讨女性阴道内分泌物五联检测方法联合妇科白带十项染色镜检检测在阴道炎感染诊断中的临床应用。方法采用阴道炎五联检及妇科白带十项染色法,对2017年1月~2017年10月本院妇科门诊接受阴道分泌物检查的100例标本进行检查并观察细菌、真菌、滴虫等的感染情况。结果阴道五联检组和妇科白带十项组的细菌检出率差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);阴道五联检组真菌检出率低于妇科白带十项组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);阴道五联检组滴虫检出率高于妇科白带十项组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论利用阴道分泌物五联检法和妇科白带十项染色显微镜检查联合检测得出诊断依据,有助于患者早期的诊断和治疗。Objective To explore the clinical application of the five joint detection method of female vaginal secretions combined with ten joint tests of gynecological leucorrhea in the diagnosis of vaginitis infection. Methods Using five joint detection of vaginitis and ten joint tests of gynecological leucorrhea, 100 samples of vaginal discharge examination from January 2017 to October 2017 in our hospital's gynecologic outpatient department were examined and the infection of bacteria, fungi, trichomonads, etc. were observed. Results There was no significant difference in the bacterial detection rate between five joint detection group and the ten joint gynecologic leucorrhea group (P > 0.05). The detection rate of fungi in vagina five joint detection group was lower than that in gynecologic leucorrhea ten inspection group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The detection rate of trichomonad in vagina five joint detection group was higher than that in the ten joint gynecologic leucorrhea group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined examination of five joint detection and ten joint tests of gynecological leucorrhea can provide diagnostic basis, which is helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of patients.
