针灸配合微波对口腔颞下颌关节疼痛治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析口腔颞下颌关节(TMJ)疼痛治疗中应用针灸配合微波治疗的效果。方法选择2016年10月～2018年10月本院收治的口腔颞下颌关节疼痛210例患者进行分组研究,采取随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各105例。对照组用微波治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以针灸配合治疗。两组均治疗4周后评价效果,观察与记录两组临床疗效,治疗前后颞下颌关节紊乱指数(CMI)、疼痛VAS评分,并比较分析。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前CMI、VAS评分比较无显著差异(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论口腔颞下颌关节疼痛在微波治疗基础上配合针灸治疗,相比单一微波治疗,可提高疗效,更好地改善颞下颌关节紊乱指数与疼痛,值得在临床应用。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of oral temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain. Methods 210 patients with oral temporomandibular joint pain admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in this study. The randomized table method was used to divide the subjects into observation group and the control group, with 105 patients in each group. The control group was treated with microwave, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The effects of the two groups were evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and recorded. The temporomandibular joint disorder index (CMI) and pain VAS score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the CMI and VAS scores before treatment between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment the scores in observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Oral temporomandibular joint pain combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of microwave therapy can improve the curative effect and better improve the temporomandibular joint disorder index and pain, compared with single microwave therapy, which is worthy of clinical application.
