摘 要:为了解决HFW厚壁钢管生产过程中卷板对头焊接处容易出现开裂断开的问题,分析了HFW钢管生产线剪切对焊的要求,以及CO_2气体保护焊在卷板对头焊中的应用现状,采用双丝埋弧焊接工艺对HFW钢管生产线对头焊接设备进行了改造。结果表明,改造后的焊接设备完成一个对头焊的时间减少了约20 min,焊缝抗拉强度达到600 MPa,弯曲至180°焊缝无明显开裂。改造后设备的焊接效率和焊接质量得到提高,能够满足厚壁高钢级HFW钢管的生产要求。In order to solve the problem of cracking and disconnection on plate bending butt welding joint in production of HFW thick-walled steel pipe, the requirement of shearing and butt welding in HFW steel pipe production line and the application of CO2 arc welding on plate bending butt welding was analyzed, and double wire submerged arc welding process was used to improve the HFW steel pipe production line butt welding equipment. The results showed that the time of butt welding was decreased about 20 minutes, tensile strength of the weld was 600 MPa, and there were no obvious cracking on the weld with bending to 180°. It indicated that welding efficiency and welding quality of the improved equipment were increased, and met the production requirement of thick-wall and high grade steel HFW steel pipe.
