摘  要:目的:探究在对子宫内膜良恶性疾病的诊断中采用核磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)和阴道三维能量多普勒超声(3D-CPA)的诊断价值。方法:本次研究以60例子宫内膜良恶性疾病患者为研究对象,选取时间为2016年6月-2017年6月,分别对患者采用核磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)和阴道三维能量多普勒超声(3D-CPA)的诊断,对诊断价值进行探究分析。结果:3D-CPA诊断与病检结果总符合率(90.00%)、敏感性(90.00%)、特异性(85.00%)均高于DWI检测的总符合率(63.33%)、敏感性(65.00%)、特异性(60.00%),差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫内膜良恶性疾病的诊断中采用阴道三维能量多普勒超声(3D-CPA)的效果更佳,可对疾病做出准确诊断,临床价值较高。Objective: To explore the value of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound(3D-CPA) in the diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial diseases. Methods: 60 cases of benign and malignant endometrial diseases were selected from June 2016 to June 2017. The diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound(3D-CPA) were analyzed. Results: The total coincidence rate(90.00%), sensitivity(90.00%) and specificity(85.00%) of 3D-CPA were higher than those of DWI(63.33%), sensitivity(65.00%) and specificity(60.00%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Vaginal three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound(3D-CPA) is more effective in the diagnosis of benign and malignant endometrial diseases, which can make accurate diagnosis and has higher clinical value.
