摘 要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加白藜芦醇(Res)对产蛋后期蛋鸡肝脏抗氧化能力和相关基因表达的影响。360只60周龄健康京粉1号蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复含有12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮水平上添加0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.40%白芦藜醇的试验饲粮。预试期为1周,试验期为8周。结果表明:随着白藜芦醇水平的升高,肝脏中总抗氧化能力、总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性均会上升,肝脏Mn-SOD和Cu/Zn-SOD的mRNA表达量也会增加。由此可见,白藜芦醇提高抗氧化酶活力和上调抗氧化酶基因表达,可能是通过调节抗氧化酶基因的表达从而发挥抗氧化作用。This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of Resveratrol on the antioxidant capacity and related gene expression of laying hens.A total of 360 Beijing PINK-1 laying hens,60 wk of age,were randomly distributed among 5 dietary treatments with 6 replicates of 12 hens each.Experimental diets consisted of 5 graded levels of Resveratrol (0,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,and 0.40% of diet).The study lasted for 9 wk including 1 wk of adaptation and 8 wk of the main experimental period.The results indicated that the total antioxidant capacity,the total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activity in liver,in addition,liver Mn-SOD and Cu/Zn-SOD expression of mRNA were also improved.In conclusion,the Resveratrol might play an antioxidative role in laying hens during the late laying cycle by regulating gene expression of antioxidant enzymes.
