摘　　要：目的:探讨个体健康对农村贫困的影响。方法:基于CHNS2000—2015年农村面板数据,选取身高、BMI指数、疾病冲击以及其它可能影响贫困的社会经济因素,构建Probit模型探讨个体健康对农村贫困的影响。结果:农村居民身体健康水平下降会使其陷入贫困的概率增大,并且这一影响在男性个体上比女性个体明显。结论:重视农村地区儿童和青少年营养摄入及身体锻炼、完善农村社会保障制度、改善农村医疗卫生条件以及提高农村居民健康卫生意识,以提高个体健康水平,降低其陷入贫困的概率。Objective To explore the impact of individual health on rural poverty. Methods Based on the rural panel data of CHNS2000-2015,we selected height,BMI index,disease shock and other social-economic factors that may affect poverty,and constructed Probit model to explore the impact of individual health on rural poverty. Results The decline in the physical health of rural residents increased their probability of falling into poverty,and this effect was more pronounced in male individuals than in female individuals. Conclusion we should pay attention to the nutritional intake and physical exercise of children and adolescents in rural areas,improve the rural social security system,improve the rural medical and health conditions and raise the awareness of rural residents' health and hygiene,so as to improve the individual's health level and reduce the probability of falling into poverty.
