印度高校图书馆用户禁止性规范探析

摘　　要：印度高校图书馆用户禁止性规范涉及用户出入馆、藏书借还、馆内举止、印刷型资源保护、数字资源使用、技术设备使用等方面。上述规范参差不齐,良莠并存。完善用户禁止性规范的方向是:明晰而全面;保障用户财物安全;加强数字资源版权保护;倡导相互尊重;数量适中。参考文献13。The prohibitive norms for users of academic libraries in India include users’ access,library collections borrowing and returning,user’s behavior inside the libraries,protection of printed resources,digital resources using,technology and equipment using. The norms have both advantages and disadvantages. The countermeasures to improve users’ prohibitive norms are: to make them clear and comprehensive; to protect user’s possessions; to strengthen the copyright protection of digital resources; to advocate mutual respect; to balance the quantity of prohibitive norms. 13 refs.
