摘　　要：文章从面向整车的驱动系统项目实施策略、需求梳理、项目实施3个层次,从具备"设计+仿真+制造+试验+逻辑"知识构成、建立"驱动系统+整车"逻辑视野和掌握"尺寸链+材料性能+零件状态+装配过程+试验执行"细节检查等驱动系统项目实施的3个维度,建立面向整车项目的驱动系统项目管理模型,旨在进一步提升项目管理的质量。In this paper, the three dimensions for whole vehicle powertrain system project which are propulsion system project plan strategy, demand analysis and project implementation are discussed. From building the knowledge system of "Design+Simualtion+ Manufacturing +Test+Logic",establishing the work vision with "Powertrain +Vehicle" and building the checklist with "Dimension Chain + Material Performance +Assembly Process + Test Execution",the vehicle drive system project management model is established to further improve the quality of project management.
