摘 要:为研究丁酸丁酯的回收过程,运用Aspen Plus软件模拟了从丁酸丁酯-苯二元混合物中回收丁酸丁酯的过程,优化了进料位置、进料温度、进料压力、回流比对丁酸丁酯回收效果的影响。优化结果如下:进料位置是第6块塔板,进料温度为常温,进料压力为0.1 MPa,回流比为1,在优化条件下丁酸丁酯可提纯至99%。In order to study recovery process n-butyl butyrate,the process that recycle n-butyl butyrate from n-butyl butyrate-benzene binary mixture was simulated by Aspen Plus,feed stage,the effects of feed temperature,feed pressure,reflux ratio on recovery of n-butyl butyrate were investigated. The optimized results were as follows:feed stage was 6th stage,feed temperature was room temperature,feed pressure was 1 bar,reflux ratio was 1,n-butyl butyrate could be purified up to 99% when optimized parameters were applied.
