打叶后片烟中片率的影响因素研究

摘　　要：为深入了解影响打叶后片烟中片率的因素以及影响程度,选择C3F等级作为研究对象,找出了29个影响因素,从发生频次、现有防护措施有效性、危害程度三个方面进行打分,对各影响因素进行对比分析。结果表明:1)影响打后中片率的最主要因素为打叶机参数,即控制打叶机参数可以最大程度的控制打后中片率。2)大多数影响因素的影响程度都处于中等程度影响,弱影响程度和强影响程度的均较少,说明对于控制打后中片率要综合各个方面来分析。3)机器对于打后中片率的影响程度最大,说明控制机器参数是控制打后中片率的关键所在。结论:影响打后中片率的因素很多,大多数处于中等程度影响,控制打叶机参数是控制打后中片率的关键所在。In order to understand the factors affecting the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing and the degree of influence of leaf flakes after leafing, the C3F grade was selected as the research object, and 29 influencing factors were found, from the frequency of occurrence, the effectiveness of existing protective measures, and the degree of harm.The scores were scored and the influencing factors were compared and analyzed.The results show that:(1) The most important factor affecting the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing is the parameter of the threshing machine, that is, controlling the parameters of the threshing machine can control the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing.(2) The influence degree of most influencing factors is moderately affected, and the degree of weak influence and the degree of strong influence are both small, indicating that the control the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing should be comprehensively analyzed.(3) The machine has the greatest influence on the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing, indicating that the control of the machine parameters is the key to controlling the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing.Conclusion: There are many factors affecting the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing.Most of them are moderately affected.Controlling the parameters of the threshing machine is the key to controlling the percentage of medium-size strips after threshing.
