摘  要:为探究外源水杨酸(SA)对盐碱胁迫下燕麦光合作用的影响,实验设计0.05 mmol/L和0.1 mmol/L两种浓度的水杨酸施加于盐胁迫和碱胁迫下的燕麦,对燕麦抽穗期和拔节期的光合参数进行测定和分析.结果表明:盐碱胁迫对燕麦两个时期光合特征的影响表现为气孔限制;碱胁迫对燕麦光合特征影响较盐胁迫严重;盐碱胁迫对抽穗期光合特征的影响程度较拔节期重;施加外源水杨酸可适当改善盐碱胁迫下燕麦的光合特征,提高燕麦光合性能,且0.05 mmol/L浓度较0.1 mmol/L浓度效果显著,拔节期施加效果较好.To study the effect of salicylic acid(SA)on photosynthesis of oats(Avena sativa L.)under saline-alkali stress,0.05 mmol/L and 0.1 mmol/L of salicylic acid were applied to the oats and some photosynthetic parameters in heading and jointing stage of the oats were assayed and analyzed.The results showed that saline-alkali stress greatly affected the photosynthetic capacity of oats in two periods,especially in heading stage and the effect of alkali stress was more serious than that of salt stress.Further measurement indicated that the mechanism of the effect lay mainly in stomatal limitation.We also found that the application of salicylic acid was able to improve photosynthetic capacity of oats under saline-alkali stress and the level of 0.05 mmol/L was more effective than that of 0.1 mmol/L if applying during jointing stage.
