摘 要:采用微波辐射7 min与丁胺菌素30μg/mL抗性复合诱变技术,选育博宁霉素产生菌-轮枝链霉菌B03菌株,结果获得一株高产量诱变株HB42,通过生产罐放大应用后,发酵效价与发酵指数均较出发菌株提高95%;经提纯精制后,博霉宁霉素总收率提高5.3%,成品有效组分含量提高4.7%,生产水平与精品质量得到较大幅度提高.该方法操作简便,筛选效果佳,在微生物育种工程中,具有推广应用价值.A high-yield mutagenic strain HB42 was obtained from Streptomyces verticillus B03 strain induced by combination of microwave radiation 7 minutes and butaditin 30μg/mL.The fermentation titer and fermentation index were increased by 95%compared with the starting strain.After purification and refining,the total yield of boningmycin increased by 5.3%,and the content of effective component of the end product increased by 4.7%,which greatly improved the level of production and quality of products.The method is effective and easy to operate and has great value for application in breeding of biotechnical microogranisms.
