摘  要:详细分析比较了石墨化炭块和高石墨质炭块的性能特点、技术指标以及对电解槽热平衡的影响,说明石墨化炭块更加符合电解铝行业的发展趋势。以某项目为例,进行了石墨化炭块和50%石墨质炭块的投资及收益对比分析。结果指出,由于槽寿命和节能的原因,在15年的技术寿命期内,石墨化比50%石墨质阴极方案要多收益40047. 3万元,经济效益明显。同时在试验槽的实际表现中,石墨化电解槽炉底压降稳定值要低于50%石墨质对比槽90mV以上,可以大幅度降低电解槽能耗,具有积极的推广意义。The performance characteristics,technical indexes and influence on the heat balance of aluminium pots of different cathode blocks were analyzed and compared in detail,which indicates that the graphitized carbon block better caters to the development trend of aluminum industry.The investment and benefit of graphitized carbon block and 50% graphite carbon block were compared with a project as an example in this paper.Due to the pot life and energy saving,during the 15-year technical life,the economic benefit of graphitized cathode is 40047.3 million yuan higher than 50% graphite carbon block which is obvious.The actual performance of the test pots shows that the stable CVD of the graphitized pot is 90mV less compared with the 50% graphite pot.The energy consumption of the pot could be reduced greatly,which is worthy of active promotion.
