摘  要:拜耳法生产氧化铝中粗液精制工序使用叶滤机的主要目的是净化铝酸钠溶液,获得固相杂质含量0.012g/L以下的精制铝酸钠溶液,实际生产中叶滤机压力的大小对精液浮游物的结果有非常直接的关系。近几年国产铝土矿资源匮乏、质量无法保证,粗液精制工序物料性质波动较大,叶滤机压力难以控制,叶滤机产能、精液浮游物受到较大影响,建立叶滤机流体模型,计算叶滤机压力的影响因素,可以采取针对性措施控制叶滤机压力,进而控制精液浮游物、保证叶滤机产能。The main purpose of Diastar Filter used in the refinement process of crude liquid in alumina production by Bayer process is to purify sodium aluminate solution and obtain refined solution with solidcontent less than 0.012g/L.The pressure of Diastar Filter in actual production has a very direct relationship with the result of solidcontent.In recent years,domestic bauxite resources are scarce and quality can not be guaranteed.The material properties of crude liquor refining process fluctuate greatly,the pressure of Diastar Filter is difficult to control,the production capacity of Diastar Filter and the solid impurity content are greatly affected.The fluid model of Diastar Filter is established and the influencing factors of the pressure of Diastar Filter are calculated.Targeted measures can be taken to control the pressure,and then control the solid impurity contentand ensure the capacity.
