摘 要:为确保防渗料的质量,尽力避免因防渗料质量给电解企业生产造成的损失,开发品质高、适应性强的防渗料势在必行。本文通过优化防渗料配方获得960℃×96h防渗试验后反应层厚度≤7mm的高性能防渗料。通过工业试验,发现使用该防渗料后,电解槽炉底板温度同比降低37℃,槽底散热减少18mV,长期运行过程中电解槽炉底无沉淀结壳,电解槽运行稳定。In order to ensure the quality of barrier powder refractory and avoid losses caused to aluminum smelter by the poor-quality barrier powder refractory,it is imperative to develop high-quality and highly-adaptable barrier powder refractory.A high-performance dry barrier powder refractory with a reaction layer thickness less than 7mm in 960℃×96h test was developed by optimizing the formula.The industrial test shows that with the utilization of new dry barrier powder refractory,the temperature of the aluminum reduction pot bottom plate dropped by 37℃,the pot bottom heat loss decreased by 18mV,and there was no sediment or crust at the pot bottom after long-time stable operation of reduction aluminum pots.
