摘 要:介绍了各种板式换热器选型优化算法的优缺点,基于板式换热器的特点提出了一种热工选型和优化算法,该方法将传统换热器的校核计算与板式换热器特有的通道结构有机结合,物理概念清晰,简单易懂。针对某一工况和板型找到最佳的通道组合形式和最小的换热面积,计算结果比较表明该算法简单可靠。The advantages and disadvantages of various optimization algorithms for plate heat exchangers were introduced.Based on the characteristics of plate heat exchangers,a thermal selection and optimization algorithm was proposed.This method combined the checking calculation of traditional heat exchangers with the unique channel structure of plate heat exchangers.The physical concept was clear and easy to understand.According to a certain working condition and plate type,the optimal combination of channels and the minimum heat transfer area were found.The calculation results showed that the algorithm was simple and reliable.
