摘  要:目的采用3D打印技术制备个体化醋酸地塞米松口腔贴片。方法以体外黏附力、黏附时间及3 h累积释放度为评价指标,筛选醋酸地塞米松口腔贴片填充剂、黏附剂和黏附剂用量。结果以最优处方制备3种不同半径(3、4、5 mm)的口腔贴片,体外黏附力分别为(1.46±0.08)N/cm^2、(2.03±0.94)N/cm^2、(2.25±0.19)N/cm^2,体外黏附时长分别为(4.06±0.76)h、(4.87±0.59) h和(5.64±0.63) h,3 h累计释放度分别为(93.61±1.07)%、(92.73±1.34)%和(93.57±1.63)%。结论通过单因素筛选出最优处方制备的3种不同规格口腔贴片体外评价指标均达到设计要求。Objective To prepare individualized dexamethasone acetate oral patch by 3D printing technology.Methods The in vitro adhesion,adhesion time and cumulative release of 3 hours were used as evaluation indexes to evaluate the dosage of dexamethasone acetate oral patch filler,adhesive and adhesive dosage.Results Three kinds of oral patches with different radii (3 mm,4 mm,5 mm) were prepared with the optimal prescription.The in vitro adhesion was (1.46±0.08) N/cm^2,(2.03±0.94) N/cm^2,(2.25±0.19) N/cm^2,respectively.The adhesion durations were (4.06±0.76) h,(4.87±0.59) h,(5.64±0.63) h,respectively,and the cumulative release rate at 3 h was (93.61±1.07)%,(92.73±1.34)%,and (93.57± 1.63)%,respectively.Conclusion The in vitro evaluation indexes of three different specifications of oral patches prepared by single factor brush selection have reached the design requirements.
