摘  要:目的研究深海真菌Diaporthe phaseolorum FS431的次级代谢产物。方法采用正、反相硅胶柱层析色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法和高效液相色谱法等多种色谱方法对菌株FS431的液体发酵产物进行分离纯化,并通过NMR、MS等波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果从发酵物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:nectriapyrone(1)、pestalotiopyrone B(2)、nectriapyrone B(3)、(R)-甲羟戊酸内酯(4)、3,5-dihydroxy-γ-caprolactone(5)、cytochalasin H(6)、cytochalasin J(7)、脱落酸(8)和(1R,2R,4R)-trihydroxy-p-menthane(9)。结论化合物2、4、5和8首次从Diaporthe属真菌中分离得到。Objective To study the secondary metabolites from the deep-sea-fungus Diaporthe phaseolorum FS431.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified from the deep-sea-derived fungus Diaporthe phaseolorum FS431 by positive and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The structures of compounds were identified by NMR,MS and other spectroscopic data.Results Nine compounds were isolated from the culture of the strain FS431 and identified as nectriapyrone (1),pestalotiopyrone B (2),nectriapyrone B (3),(R)-mevalonolactone (4),3,5-dihydroxy-γ-caprolactone (5),cytochalasin H (6),cytochalasin J (7),abscisic acid (8) and (1R,2R,4R)-trihydroxy- p -menthane (9).Conclusion Compounds 2,4,5,and 8 were isolated from the genus Diaporthe for the first time.
