摘 要:目的探究复方贞术调脂方(FTZ)在不同的情况下对能量代谢的作用。方法通过肛温测定、棕色脂肪组织线粒体耗氧量实验、实验动物综合监测系统等手段,对aP2-SREBP1c脂肪代谢障碍小鼠、C57正常小鼠、氯丙嗪诱导的低温小鼠3种模型小鼠的能量代谢情况进行研究,观察FTZ在能量代谢方面的作用。结果在aP2-SREBP1c脂肪代谢障碍小鼠实验中,模型组线粒体耗氧量显著下降,给予高、中、低剂量的FTZ治疗12周后,其线粒体耗氧量均出现升高,中、低剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在C57正常小鼠实验中,FTZ组小鼠的肛温、耗氧量、热量值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,但可以增加小鼠晚间的呼吸商(P<0.05),即增强小鼠晚间的代谢活性;而在氯丙嗪诱导的低体温模型小鼠中,FTZ可以阶段性缓解由氯丙嗪导致的低温小鼠的肛温。且能够增强低温小鼠的耗氧量(P<0.05)、呼吸商(P<0.05)。在正常小鼠和低温模型小鼠中,FTZ对小鼠的热量值无明显变化。结论 FTZ不仅能促进糖脂代谢紊乱下的能量代谢,还能促进非糖脂代谢异常情况下的低代能量代谢小鼠的能量代谢。说明FTZ能促进病理状态,而不是生理状态下机体的能量代谢。Objective To explore the role of Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Formula (FTZ) in energy metabolism under different conditions.Methods aP2-SREBP1c lipoatrophic mice,C57 normal mice,and cryogenic mice induced by chlorpromazine hydrochloride were measured by anal temperature measurement,brown adipose tissue mitochondrial oxygen consumption test,and Comprehensive Laboratory Animal Monitoring System.The energy metabolism of the model mice was studied to observe the role of the Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Formula in energy metabolism.Results In the aP2-SREBP1c lipoatrophic mice,the mitochondrial oxygen consumption decreased significantly in the model group.After 12 weeks of treatment,high,medium and low doses of FTZ increased the mitochondrial oxygen consumption significantly ( P <0.05).In normal mice,FTZ had no significant impacts on the anal temperature,oxygen consumption,calorie value,except increasing the nighttime respiratory quotient of mice ( P <0.05),namely enhancing metabolic activity in the evening.In chlorpromazine-induced hypothermia mice,FTZ reversed the anal temperature in a phased manner.Moreover,the oxygen consumption ( P <0.05) and respiratory quotient ( P <0.05) of the hypo-thermia mice were enhanced.In normal mice and hypothermia model mice,there was no significant change in caloric value between FTZ and control group.Conclusion Fufang Zhenzhu Tiaozhi Formula can promote the energy metabolism under the disorder either of glycolipid metabolism or non-glycolipid metabolism in low-energy energy metabolism mice.This indicates that FTZ can enhance the energy metabolism of the body under pathological conditions,but not the normal condition.
