摘 要:以典型的飞机聚碳酸酯板材为研究对象,基于ISO5660标准锥形量热仪平台,分析燃烧过程,对其点燃时间、热释放速率、燃烧产物等燃烧特性进行研究。基于实验数据,建立飞机聚碳酸酯板材的点燃时间模型,预测该规格的飞机聚碳酸酯板材的临界热流密度。测量聚碳酸酯板的热释放速率基础数据,并且对热释放速率特征进行理论分析,预测其火灾增长系数,测量并分析火灾过程中烟气的浓度。The typical aircraft polycarbonate sheet was taken as the research object and based on the ISO 5660 standard cone calorimeter platform, the combustion characteristics of the aircraft polycarbonate sheet, such as ignition time, heat release rate and combustion products,were studied. Based on the experimental data, the ignition time model of the aircraft polycarbonate sheet was established, and the critical heat flux density of the aircraft polycarbonate sheet of this specification was predicted. The basic data of the heat release rate of the polycarbonate sheet was measured, and the heat release rate characteristics were theoretical analyzed by theory. The fire growth coefficient was predicted. The concentration of smoke in the fire process was measured and analyzed.
