HPLC法测定止咳橘红丸中橙皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:研究对止咳橘红丸里橙皮苷含量进行检测的有效方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4. 6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0. 05%磷酸水溶液(21∶79)作为流动相;流速1. 0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长283 nm,柱温40℃。结果:当橙皮苷的含量处于4. 2至42. 0μ·mL^(-1)范围内时线性关系较好(r=0. 9999),加样回收率的均值是102. 1%,该检测方法的RSD是1. 4%(n=6)。结论:该方法可以用来检测止咳橘红丸的含量。Objective:To establish a method for determination of hesperidin in ZhikeJuhong Wan.Methods:A HPLC method was established.The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphoric acid (21∶79).The flow rate was1.0 mL ·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was283 nm.The column temperature was maintained at40℃.Results:The linear range of hesperidin was4.2~42.0μ·mL^-1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery for hesperidin was102.1%,precision of the method was1.4%(n=6).Conclusion:The method can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
