摘　　要："十三五"以来,中国蚕桑生产整体规模保持基本稳定,生产格局呈现西部增加、中东部减少的趋势;生产技术水平和综合利用效率持续提升;助力精准扶贫,脱贫成效显著。但与此同时,中国蚕桑生产仍面临着规模化和标准化比重较低、要素成本不断攀升、生产技术人员短缺、茧丝价格波动明显等问题。展望"十三五"后期,中国蚕桑规模化生产比重将有所提高,蚕茧质量稳步提升,带动蚕桑产业可持续发展;生产经营模式创新加快,进一步推进产业高效发展;产业结构布局将不断优化,东部、中部和西部地区茧丝绸行业整体协调发展。Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan period, the overall scale of silkworm and mulberry production in China has remained basically stable, with the production pattern showing a trend of increasing in the western region and decreasing in the middle and eastern regions. The production technology level and comprehensive utilization efficiency have been continuously improved. As a characteristic industry of targeted poverty alleviation, silkworm and mulberry production has achieved remarkable results in helping people out of poverty.However, at the same time, silkworm and mulberry production in China is still faced with the problems of low proportion of large-scale standardization, rising factor costs, shortage of production technicians, and obvious price fluctuations of cocoon and silk. Looking into the later period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan, it is expected that the proportion of large-scale production of silkworm will increase, the quality of silkworm cocoon will be steadily improved, and the sustainable development of silkworm industry will be promoted. We will accelerate innovation in production and business models to further promote efficient industrial development. Industrial structure layout will be constantly optimized, cocoon and silk industry in the eastern and western regions of the overall coordinated development.
