摘 要:首先,对福岛核事故后我国政府在培育和发展核安全文化工作方面发挥的重要作用进行了梳理和总结。然后,结合海军核安全文化实际,对其发展与建设这一议题进行了探索,提出了当前和今后核安全文化建设的五项重点任务,并对更好发展核安全文化提出了三点具体建议。The paper reviews and summarizes what an important role the Chinese government has played in fostering and developing the nuclear safety culture after the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan. In the light of the actual situation, the development and construction of the nuclear safety culture in the PLA Navy is explored on a preliminary basis. The paper attempts to present five key construction aspects of the current and future nuclear safety culture and put forward three specific recommendations for better development of navy nuclear safety culture.
