摘　　要：目的探讨三叉神经微血管减压术围手术期的护理对策。方法将82例拟行实施三叉神经微血管减压术治疗的患者利用随机综合序贯法分为观察组和对照组,所有受试对象均于围手术期给予常规护理操作,观察组另给予综合护理模式。比较2组手术成功率、手术时间、出血量和症状完全缓解时间,均于术后跟踪随访12个月,观察并统计复发情况。结果观察组手术时间、出血量和症状完全缓解时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05),组间手术成功率和复发率均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在原发性三叉神经微血管减压术围手术期引入综合护理对于促进术后恢复作用显著,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the nursing strategies of perioperative period of trigeminal microvascular decompression. Methods Eighty-two patients who underwent trigeminal neurovascular decompression were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All subjects were given routine nursing operation during perioperative period,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing mode.The success rate,operation time,blood loss and complete symptom relief time of the two groups were compared.All patients were followed up for 12 months,and the recurrence was observed and counted. Results The operation time,blood loss and complete symptom relief time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group ( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the success rate and recurrence rate between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion The introduction of comprehensive nursing during the perioperative period of primary trigeminal microvascular decompression is significant for promoting postoperative recovery and is worthy of popularization.
