地方高校经管类专业创业型人才培养模式的构建研究

摘　　要：通过对创业型人才的创新素质特征的界定为基础,构建"多层次+个性团队+环境熏陶"的三位一体的人才培养模式,并提出实现经管类专业创业型人才培养模式的保障条件,意在为地方高校培养创业型人才提供可以参考和借鉴的依据和资料。The paper presented a 3-in-1, that is,“multilayer+individualized team and enrionmental edification”, talent cultivation mode and the policies to guanrantee the talent cultivation of the specialty of economic management within the mode on the basis of a definition on innovative qualities of talents of the type, aiming to offer some theoretical and practical foundation or data to local universities dedicated to the job.
