乳腺钼靶联合彩超诊断早期乳腺癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺钼靶联合彩超诊断早期乳腺癌的临床价值。方法对我院2016年9月—2018年1月收治的早期乳腺癌患者81例进行回顾性研究分析,81例患者均符合早期乳腺癌的诊断标准,采取手术病理进行确诊。按照诊断方法的不同分为乳腺钼靶组(给予X线乳腺钼靶检查)、彩超组(给予彩超检查)及联合组(给予X线乳腺钼靶联合彩超检查),对比三组检查结果。结果联合组检查在早期乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异度、准确率高于乳腺钼靶组及彩超组,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。单纯使用乳腺钼靶或彩超检查,两者之间的灵敏度、特异度、准确率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论乳腺钼靶联合彩超诊断用于早期乳腺癌中,具有较高的诊断效果,为患者后续治疗提供坚实的依据,因此联合诊断手段在早期乳腺癌中具有重要应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of mammography combined with color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods A retrospective study was performed in 81 patients with early breast cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to January 2018.According to the different diagnostic methods,the mammary gland target group (administered X-ray mammography),the color Doppler ultrasound group (administered with color Doppler ultrasound) and the combined group (administered X-ray mammography combined with color Doppler ultrasound) were compared,and the results of the three groups were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined group in the early breast cancer were higher than those in the mammography group and the color Doppler ultrasound group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in sensitivity,specificity and accuracy between the two using mammography or color Doppler ultrasound examination (P > 0.05).Conclusion Mammography combined with color doppler ultrasound diagnosis in early breast cancer has a high diagnostic effect and provides a solid basis for subsequent treatment.Therefore,combined diagnosis has important application value in early breast cancer.
