两种二次断脐护理效果的观察与分析

摘　　要：目的分析两种二次断脐护理方法在减少新生儿脐部出血、降低脐部感染、促进脐部愈合及提高家属对护理质量满意度等方面的效果评价。方法将福建医科大学附属第一医院2018年8—12月收治的270名住院足月新生儿按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,对照组的135名新生儿二次断脐后使用适量的明胶海绵加压伤口,观察组同法二次断脐后用赛霉安散喷洒伤口,对比两组护理方法的效果。结果观察组的脐部愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组出现6例脐部出血,明显小于对照组的19例(P <0.05);观察组出现13例感染,低于对照组的52例(P <0.05);观察组的护理质量满意度为99.26%,高于对照组的91.11%(P <0.05)。结论二次断脐后使用赛霉安散喷洒伤口的护理方法效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of two methods of the secondary umbilical amputation on reducing the umbilical bleeding of newborns,the umbilical infection of newborns,quickening the umbilical heal and improving newborns family’s satisfaction on nursing quality.Methods 270 full term newborns treated by the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from August to December 2018 were divided into observation group and comparison group by number random method.Gelatin sponge is used for hemostasis for the 135 newborns in observation group,and the spray of Sai Mei An San was used for hemostasis for another 135 newborns in comparison group.These two methods are compared.Results The healing time of umbilical cord in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05).There were 6 cases of umbilical hemorrhage in the observation group,which was significantly smaller than 19 cases in the control group (P < 0.05).There were 13 cases of infection in the observation group,which was lower than 52 cases in the control group (P < 0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing quality in the observation group was 99.26%,higher than 91.11% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The spray of Sai Mei An San is more effective on hemostasis of the secondary umbilical amputation.
