摘 要:"一带一路"倡议是中国对外开放的时代产物,为引领国内企业"走出去"、拓展海外市场创造了更多的机遇和更广阔的空间。但要借助"一带一路"倡议东风推动企业顺利"走出去",需要解决诸多挑战和难题。在回顾总结中国"走出去"战略基本内涵、实践经验与教训的基础上,剖析新时期"一带一路"倡议为中国企业"走出去"带来的新环境、新机遇和必然出现的新挑战,提出企业在"一带一路"框架下有效应对挑战和成功"走出去"以实现协同发展和更好成长的对策建议。The “One Belt and One Road” Initiative is an upgraded version of China’s opening-up strategy,creates more opportunities and broader space for leading domestic enterprises to go global and expand overseas markets.However,it is necessary to solve a lot challenges and problems if we want to use the “One Belt and One Road” Initiative to promote the enterprises to “going out” smoothly.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the basic connotation,practical experience and lessons of China’s “going out” strategy,this paper analyzes the new environment,new opportunities and inevitably new challenges brought by the “One Belt and One Road” Initiative in the new era for Chinese enterprises.Suggestions for enterprises to effectively meet challenges and successfully going out,in order to achieve coordinated development and better growth are provided under the framework of the “One Belt and One Road” Initiative.
